              NAVEEMATE, LLC ("we" or "NAVEEMATE") is committed to protecting your privacy and informing You about how Your information is used.  In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our website and users of our mobile apps, including the services available through the website and mobile apps (the “Services”).   This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms of Service. 

 

              By using NAVEEMATE's Services, You agree that Your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy, whether or not You are a registered user of our Services.  Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into this Policy and include applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.

 

Personal Information We Collect From You

 

  1. Registration Information.

 

All visitors to NAVEEMATE's website may browse our website and see general information about us.  However, to register for an account with NAVEEMATE, You must provide us with Your name, email address, and password. 

 

  1. Contact Information.

 

We may also collect Your mobile phone number, email address, and/or instant message (“IM”) screen name when You register with us or send a mobile text message to NAVEEMATE's.  A verification message may be sent to the mobile phone number, email address, and/or IM screen name that You provide.  You must verify each piece of contact information to begin receiving messages via Your selected communication channels.  If You do not verify the contact information that You provide us, You will not be able to receive messages via Your selected channel.

 

  1. USAGE INFORMATION.

 

We also collect information about the services You use and other activities on our website.

 

  1. Communications with Us.

 

If You correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of Your email messages, Your email address and our responses.  We may also retain any messages You send through the Services.  You may provide us information when You post User Content to the Services. NAVEEMATE does not intentionally collect or save any information from persons who are not eighteen years old.

 

  1. Payment Information.

 

To use our Services, NAVEEMATE will collect Your payment information.  We may allow You to pay using third-party services, such as PayPal, or by paying us directly via credit card or another method.  By submitting Your payment information, You authorize NAVEEMATE to access and use this information in order to process Your payment, and, if You choose, to store Your payment information for future payments.  This allows us both to confirm Your identity and provide You with seamless, hassle-free transactions. 

 

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

 

We use cookies and other tracking technologies, including those provided by third parties, to collect information about Your use of our website, mobile device software application and Services.  We may combine this information with the other, personally identifiable information we have collected about You. 

 

  1. COOKIES. 

 

NAVEEMATE or its third-party service providers may send "cookies" to Your computer or mobile device that contain an identification number that is unique to the device You are using.  We use cookies to provide You with a seamless experience and to record how our Services are being used.  You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.  However, some features of the Services may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

 

  1. Activities While Logged In.

 

We or our third-party providers may log each visit to our website as well as the activities within the Services.  A log entry can contain information typically found in the “header” of your web browser’s request, such as the browser type you used, your IP address, the date and time of access, and Your referring URL.  We or our third-party providers may also log Your cookie’s identification number.  This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our Services, and developing new Services. 

 

  1. CLEAR GIFS.

 

When You use the Services, we or our third-party service providers may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons and pixel tags) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users.  In addition, we or our third-party service providers may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.  The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make the company better for our users. 

 

  1. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES.

 

We may also engage third parties to track and analyze website data.  We use the data collected by such third parties to help us administer and improve the quality of the website and to analyze website usage.  Such third parties may combine the information that we provide about you with other information that they have collected.  This Policy does not cover such third parties’ use of the data.

 

  1. Third-Party Analytics.

 

We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, and other analytics means to help us improve our Services, performance, and user experiences. Google Analytics and these providers may collect your IP address and associated information to provide their services to us.

 

  1. DO NOT TRACK.

 

Currently, our website does not honor Do-Not-Track browser requests.

 

  1. How We Use Your Information.

 

In general, we use the information we collect from You to provide our Services, to analyze and improve our Services and develop new Services, to provide customer service and technical support, and to communicate with You.  To accomplish this objective, we may access your account information and monitor Your account activity from time to time.

 

Moreover, if You contact us with questions or concerns, we may also access Your account and information in order to research and respond to Your questions and concerns, as well as, to provide You with technical or customer support. 

 

By providing NAVEEMATE Your email address, You consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law.  You also agree to accept Service of Legal Process via the email address You provide on condition that we also mail You a copy of the Service of Process via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested or via Federal Express to the address you used to register.  You also agree that we may send you notifications of activity on the Services to the email address You give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings.  You can turn these notifications off or modify how often and in what form You receive them. 

 

If You opt-in, NAVEEMATE may send You other messages, including text messages (with Your consent) and/or IMs, in the course of operating our Services. You may turn off these messages by adjusting Your settings on the Services. 

 

  1. How We Share Your Information. 

 

  1. Personally Identifiable Information: 

     

              Affiliates and Services Providers. NAVEEMATE may share Your personal information with affiliates and third parties for the purpose of providing the Services to You. If we do this, such third parties' use of Your information will be bound by this Policy.   

 

              Transfer of Assets. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings, including customer, email, and visitor information, which are generally some of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions.  We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, bankruptcy, or dissolution. 

 

              Publically Posted Information.  Any personal information or content that You voluntarily disclose for posting to the Services, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings.  If You remove information that You posted to the Services, copies may remain in NAVEEMATE's systems, or viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services, or by others if other Users have copied or saved that information. 

 

              Other Transfers.  NAVEEMATE may also share personal information with third parties as follows:

      • to comply with the law, a judicial or arbitral proceeding, court order, or other legal process served on us or our affiliates;
      • to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or threats; provide evidence in litigation in which NAVEEMATE is involved; investigate and defend NAVEEMATE and its affiliates against any third-party claims or allegations; and take precautions against liability;
      • to enforce our Terms of Services and this Policy;
      • to assist government enforcement agencies;
      • to protect the security or integrity of our website and Service; and
      • to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of NAVEEMATE, our Users, or others.

              We may use information about You in partnership with outside companies in the course of providing You with additional services related to NAVEEMATE.  When You choose to participate in rewards programs, contests, discount offers, or other programs that involve third parties, You authorize NAVEEMATE to share Your personal information with those parties.  In these cases we will only share the information reasonably needed to provide You with our Services.  We may also share Your information with third parties that offer products and services that we believe may be of interest to You.  Information that is shared with third parties is subject to the privacy policies of those parties, which may differ from this Policy.  By sharing this information, You agree that NAVEEMATE is not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties.

              We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain NAVEEMATE Services.

              We may use third parties such as network advertisers to display advertisements about NAVEEMATE on third-party websites and on our websites.  Network advertisers display advertisements, based on Your visits to our Services as well as other websites.  This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements by displaying ads for products and services in which You might be interested. 

 

              Third-party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads, to personalize advertising content to You, and to track Your movements on our Services and on other third-party websites.  These third-party cookies and other technologies are governed by each third party’s specific privacy policy, and not this one.  We may provide these third-party advertisers with de-identified information about Your usage of our Service, as well as aggregate information about visitors to our Service; however, we do not share Your personal information with these third parties.

 

              You may opt-out of many third-party ad networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”).               If you are a resident of California, You may request a list of certain third parties to whom we have disclosed personally information about You for their own direct marketing purposes.  You may make one request per calendar year.  In Your request, please attest to the fact that You are a California resident and provide a current California address for Your response.  You may request this information in writing by contacting us at contact@coboaters.com.  Please allow up to thirty (30) days for a response.

              NAVEEMATE uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information we collect.  We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to NAVEEMATE and You do so at Your own risk.  To protect Your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify Your identity before granting You access to Your account.  However, You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of Your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to Your email communications from NAVEEMATE, at all times. 

 

  1. You Control Your Information and Communications Settings.

 

              You can change Your account information and preferences at any time by logging onto Your account.  You have the right to request and review information that NAVEEMATE holds about You, and the right to request changes to correct inaccuracies. When practical and possible, NAVEEMATE will make these requested changes. 

 

              All Users have the ability to terminate or change their personal membership settings at any time.  To unsubscribe from emails from NAVEEMATE, click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of each email.

 

              With regard to mobile text messages, for help in the US, you may also email contact@coboaters.com.  You may stop mobile messaging at any time by sending the text message STOP to _______________ in the US. Your phone must have text messaging capability. Message and data rates may apply. 

 

              If You believe that Your contact information was collected by a NAVEEMATE user without Your consent and would like to report spam, please call _____________. When reporting the offending organization, please include the contact address or number that sent You the spam, the username of the sender, and the message or first few sentences of the message that You consider spam. 

 

  1. Children's Privacy.

 

              Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, NAVEEMATE does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under age 18, we will delete that information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at contact@coboaters.com.

 

  1. Links to Other Websites. 

 

              We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Services, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when You use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our website, is subject to that website's own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding. 

 

  1. Changes to Our Privacy Policy. 

 

              From time to time we may modify this Policy. Your continued use of this website after we post a revised Privacy Policy signifies Your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
